I thought you might like to get a little sneak peak of my song "Meant To Be" from the upcoming VeggieTales release "IT’S A MEANINGFUL LIFE." It comes out on DVD OCT 2.
This is super secret so don't tell too many people about it ;-)
What do you think? Click to the left of the title in the gray bar below to play a clip of the song.
Meant To Be
Long Before You Drew Your First Breath
A Dream Was Coming True
God Wanted to Give A Gift To The World
So He Wrapped It Up In You
Every Step That You've Taken
Every Move That You Make
Is Part Of His Plan
You Were Meant To Be Touching
The Lives That You Touch
And Meant To Be Here
Making This World So Much More
Than It Would Be Without You In It
You Were Meant o Be Bringing
The Gifts That You Bring
And Singing The Songs
You've Been Given To Sing
You Are Perfectly, Wonderfully,
Beautifully Meant To Be
You Were Meant To Be
This is great! Can't wait to get the DVD and hear the rest of the song!

hey I saw the picture on ur daughters blog where she is saying that it was climb hopefully you read her blogs cause THERE AMAZING.But there is something that I posted over that picture here it is.
hey I like that picture I'm sure it was a climb. I watched the movie where the song the climb plays and here is a quote from it "Life Is A Climb, But The View Is Great." I would have to agree with it because I've seen what you and your family has gone through. And the song totally fits in your guys life honestly its my favorite song. Here the lyrics and the link to see the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NG2zyeVRcbs. the climb. I can almost see it
That dream I’m dreaming but
There’s a voice inside my head sayin,
You’ll never reach it,
Every step I’m taking,
Every move I make feels
Lost with no direction
My faith is shaking but I
Got to keep tryin
Got to keep my head held high
There’s always going to be another mountain
I’m always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes I'm going to have to lose,
Ain’t about how fast I get there,
Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side
It’s the climb
The struggles I’m facing,
The chances I’m taking
Sometimes they might knock me down but
No I’m not breaking
I may not know it
But these are the moments that
I’m going to remember most yeah
Just got to keep going
And I,
I got to be strong
Just keep pushing on,
cause
There’s always going to be another mountain
I’m always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes I'm going to have to lose,
Ain’t about how fast I get there,
Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side
It’s the climb
There’s always going to be another mountain
I’m always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes you're going to have to lose,
Ain’t about how fast I get there,
Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side
It’s the climb
Keep on moving
Keep climbing
Keep the faith baby
It’s all about
It’s all about
The climb
Keep the faith
Keep your faith
thought you would like it keep on climbin;)

Steven Curtis....I just had the pleasure of seeing you with your family on stage at Believer's Chapel in Syracuse, NY. You have spoken to my heart for years. My job takes me on the road traveling from house to house to care for children with special needs. I have taken your music with me. And now, I take the thoughts and feelings of your family with me as well. I sat there Friday next to my best friend who recently lost her 6 year old son. While we both shed tears for all the pain felt that evening, God was there, wiping the tears. Thank you thank you thank you for your ongoing messages in words and music. Your entire family is loved and thought of through prayer daily.

I have never heard this song before until today and it deeply touches me as our daughter was born into Jesus' arms 10/4/10 and so many of the lyrics you wrote apply to what we believe of her life and God's plans. Funny timing, as it was a year ago this weekend that we found out we were expecting her.
Great friends have blessed us with your new CD and your wife's book in these months of grief. Thank you for being vessels used by the Lord.

This choice is a bit easier. Santana fulfills all the typical requirements for a Cy Young winner. He plays on a winning team and he leads the AL in the following categories: wins, ERA, IP, SO, BAA, WHIP and winning percentage. That’s a dominant line, and Santana held it together for the Twins’ surge towards the postseason when promising staff mate Francisco Liriano went down with injury. Santana will be a proud addition to the list of Cy Young winners.
