Knowing that the anniversary of Maria's being welcomed into the arms of Jesus is upon us, I am praying for you all today.
May God continue to sustain you as only He can.

Mary Beth & family,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. I think of you and pray for you all often, sometimes several times a day. Not a day goes by where Maria isn't in my thoughts. The more I read about your family and the more pictures I see, I know Maria was one "special" little sister. You may have only had in your home for a brief 4 years, but that was the best 4 years that little girl could possibly have had. She will NEVER be forgotten.

Mary Beth and Steven,
I thought of you and your family on Maria's 7th Birthday. You have been in my prayers in the past 2 years now. Your sweet Maria and her Big life will always be remembered. I'll continue to bring you to the Heavenly Father for healing and peace that passes understanding. You may find strength and comfort in Psalm 103.

Mary Beth, The next month or so will be a number of "dates to remember" I will praying for you. Thank you for being so kind at Cinderella, you must have been exhausted from your China trip and the show. Try to get some rest and enjoy some quiet time with family and close friends. Fondly, jody

Bless you Mary Beth. May the heartache you feel, that physical pain in your heart, be somehow eased by God's peace. Buying flowers instead of toys for your daughter's birthday is just not how life is meant to be. Our little Princess has been with our Lord for 14 months now. She passed away last March, aged 15 months, in tragic circumstances as did your precious Maria. I feel your heartache, my heart aches too. How do we go on, How do we live the rest of our lives without our precious girls, with this pain in our hearts and gap in our family....... somehow we must rest in the Knowing that God has seen the beginning and that he has seen the end. He is the Alpha and the Omega. You are a blessing to all of us grieving mums and I know there will be extra jewels in your Crown when you enter through those Pearly Gates xoxo

Happy Birthday Maria. I recently met and had coffee with a friend of Maria's....Courtney G.....she just moved to our town and a mutual friend connected us as we have adopted from China. She mentioned Maria after I asked her if she had ever met you when I found out where she was from...she told me thru tears how Maria was part of their story to Caleb! A very special little girl!!!

Sitting here in tears...for you...for me...for the babies. Happy Birthday to your precious little girl. My two Chinese foster girls are adopted now, in the arms of their wonderful forever families for two years now. For some reason God chose for them a family not ours. The pain never stops, the joy never ends. Beauty Will Rise. Soli Deo Gloria!

Hi, Mary Beth - I was so touched by your story - my heart broke when I heard about Maria and breaks for the journey you have been on. I just wanted to share a bit about my journey and how you have helped me. My father go sick with a fast acting cancer that took him after 6 weeks on April 21st, 2008. I loved him so much and miss him so much yet today. He was so caring and kind and merciful - so much like my heavenly Father. My mom contracted ALS, Lou Gehrigs disease in 2007 and passed into glory on November 3, 2008. I miss her so much and so many days are so hard still. Thank you for sharing that you never "get over" your loss, but you get "through". Also, thank you for the reminder that people only need to sit with you when you grieve and don't have to say anything. Much has been said that is hurtful and I try not to remember these things. I too wish for heaven and to see them like I've never wished so much before!
I am thinking of you as you once again think about the day your precious one entered her father's land, and lift you up to the throne of grace.

Praying for you today. We just lost our daughter in February... and I am learning how hard these birthdays and holidays are without your little one. I know this was probably never the ministry you thought you'd have for your life, but your have ministered to me tremendously through our loss. Thank you for sharing and being faithful to the One who holds our girls.

I awoke praying for all of you, remembering sweet Maria's bday. I was led to this passage from Psalm 63:4,7 --
"Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name...Because You have been my help, therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice."
Continuing to lift all of you up before the Throne of Grace.
