YUMMY! I am sure that they had fun decorating those cupcakes at Emily's. I am sure that Maria would have loved that too. I am glad that you and Steven had some time to yourselves. I am praying for you all still. I love you all.

Praying that you are having a great time in Denver! I know Emily and Tanner are making some sweet memories with the girls to take with them to Bible School.

Looks tasty! Husband and I are doing what you guys are doing, only next month. With a November anniversary, we decided to take a 4-5 day trip up to Vermont to see the leaves in October and leave the kiddos with grandma! Hope you're enjoying yourselves! And stay away from any more moose! :D

They couldn't be in better hands.

Your girls are so beautiful. So glad that you and Steven have this chance be alone. Praying that God will bless this time you have together and that you will both experience healing that can only come from His arms.

They look like they're having a great time! Probably do miss you, but big sister will keep them busy until you guys get back! :)
Eek, a moose?? Been there, done that. We hit one in Canada once, and it totaled our car. Worst part was that we were in the middle of no where, and my husband was injured (only broken wrist, could have been worse)! Took awhile for medical care to get there! Praying and thanking God you two are all right and the worst part was your pants! :D When you're not expecting it to be there, and your head lights hit this huge beast in the middle of the road, you panic! We swerved and hit a guard rail. It sounds like you had time to brake. God truly has His hands in it all, doesn't He? Thanking Him today that you two are all right!

Marybeth I have been following your blog now for awhile and I was so excited to hear that Emily and Tanner will be going to Belfast Bible College. My husband Luke (27) and I (25) live in Windermere England which is up north in the Lake District. I am originally from chicago and my husband is english, we met in New Zealand at Bible School and got married in 2006 and a week after our wedding I moved to England to live.
Luke and I both went over to Belfast to see about going to Belfast Bible College since my husband wanted to do something within the ministry. But at that time it was not what the Lord had in mind for us and we always want to be in the Lord's will for our lives, so at the moment school is on hold.
I wanted to get in contact to let Emily and Tanner know that if they ever need anything or wanted to come to England and visit or if they just needed some support adjusting to life in Great Britain to please get in contact. My husband and I would love to help them in any way we could it would be such a blessing. I know how hard it is to go to a different place and to try and adjust to a life so different to home.
I am in Chicago at the moment visiting family but leave on friday to go home so I wanted to send you my email chic579@yahoo.co.uk if they wanted to get in touch I would pass on my contact details to them. I will be thinking and praying for your family as you prepare to say goodbye for a season. They will so enjoy coming to Great Britain its a wonderful place to be.
God bless you all. All the love in the Lord sent to your family.

Have a great time in the Rockies! :) Last year, my husband surprised me with a week long trip to Estes Park and a log cabin! Beautiful country out there! :) And unfortunately, I think us parents take the back seat to chocolate and sprinkles! :D
