Tonya and Amy,
I will be the first to apologize for speaking
out of term. I never meant to hurt or upset
anyone. I know everyone on here loves their
children very much, I just became a little
over sensitive about a remark made.
It was none of my business.
I like this blog and I will keep it on the
subject at hand. This is about the Chapman
family and it will stay on them.
Please forgive me if I upset any one it was
never my intention at all.
I will admit that I was wrong.
Blessings to all of you.
Thank you for allowing me to apologize
to you both.

Could we just please leave whatever disagreements people have with each other on here alone? Nothing's being resolved, and like my grandmother used to tell me, "arguing with another believer is silly, because you're going to have to be able to put up with them for eternity." ;)

What a neat place to play or to consider living forever near Mom. :)

you just melt my heart with these true and precious stories

Amy,
I have seen so many people come and go
on this sight for the way some of you treat
them. I am out of here.
Where exactly is the Christian love here
I don't see it!!!
Some of you on here just love to tell people
what they can and cannot say to others.
Someone will write and say they have lost
husbands or children I don't see anyone
writing them and trying to be Christian
to them.
Christians live it!
If you are going to talk the talk at least
have the decency to live it.
Frankly some on here are just plain rude.
I don't like coming on a sight where you
are suppose to build up your children
and say things like I wish my daughters
were like someone else. I don't think
that is a very Godly thing for a mother
to say.
I am off of this sight.
No the place I want to be where others
can seem to not care for other people.
As a Christian I hope some on here will
pray for guidance on how to be and how
to be more like HIM!!

Mary Beth,
What a blessing to have beautiful girls who love the outdoors! My boys love the outdoors too! Playing outside not only releases so much energy, but allows me to often point out almost anything found outside as another object of God's creation. [Just a little Sunday school lesson here and there. It's tough to get them to sit down for much biblical concept at 4 years old.)
Have a blessed summer! And, pat the carpenter on the back for making such a firm foundation!

Karen,
Thank you for the insight.
Are some of you on here really Christians
are just pretend.
I see one person was chased off of here for
exactly this kind of behavior.
If you think it is alright for someone to make their children feel bad then there is
really nothing more I can say.
I said nothing wrong but children are such a blessing from God and I just felt a parent
or anyone should never compare their children
or anyone for that matter. They are all so special in their own right.
Life is made up of good and bad and maybe
I was trying to help by telling Tonya not
to put say negative things like that.
Our Father in Heaven would never ever do
that to any of us compare and make us feel
unworthy for who we are.
Enough said on the subject.
But may I add that some of you on this blog
are very harsh and I don't think the Lord
looks to kindly on that, we are to be different not like the rest of the world who
make comments like you did.
Blessings.

That treehouse is too cool. My kids would love it! I didn't realize that you had a blog. I do too. We have also adopted children-- you have been an inspiration!

Amazing it has held up so well-AND that it isn't some shade of pink or purple by now! LOL!

Tonya,
I see some of your comments and they are always saying things like you said here.
I hope your daughters don't read these.
All children are unique and special in their
own right. As parents we need to build our
children up with love and give them confidence. I know this is none of my business
but your comments are comparing them to others. As parents we should never do that.
You should have said my girls are special just like yours.
Like I said none of my business but children
are a gift from God and we should build them
up.
Blessings.

Great picture! I LOVED the tree house we had as kids. Good thing Caleb changed his mind. about the tree house or two little girls would have to find another place to play.

My husband and I always talk about our first apartment....and how little a month the rent was, but of course what we were making at the time would explain what we could afford. Still think of how cute it was....treehouses always fun....
Enjoy!

I'm hoping my sons will build a tree house and live in it too but I'm sure they won't. I have a 10 year old and a one year old so when my oldest leaves I'll still have a few more years of someone being around the house. I hope they will live close too.
