Of course I voted for SCC Mary Beth! Steven is an amazing man of God and person too. He is very gifted singer and songwriter as well. I want to support SCC anyway that I can. I don't have texting on my phone so I can't text vote but I did vote online at least.

You are so funny, Mary Beth. And embarassing?...I spent an hour yesterday trying to figure out how to vote on the Dove site and Gospel Music Channel site when I was supposed to be working - shhhh! (because I'd been waiting for the first voting day.) (And yes, I actually do have a life. :) ) Supposedly, you could do it, but I never figured out how. So I was very thankful when Jim put the link. Each member of my family voted. And I'm going to make sure everyone I know votes. See...alot of us are doing the same thing (with no familial attachment)...just because he's an amazing artist and person...(and because we are just a little bit crazy about all you Chapman people.) We love you guys!
I was looking at some video clip last night from a SCC concert I attended this summer, and was reminded first what an amazing man of God he is, but also how gifted he is vocally. Not too many people sing as well live as they sound on CDs and don't even get me started on the songwriting. So in all seriouness, he is an amazing artist - definitely artist of the year. So Go Vote, people!!!!
