I have to see this. I will have to watch it soon.

Jim,

What a very honest man of God SCC is! God fearing man who loves his family and Orphans and hopeless. Truly an inspiration and encouragement to watch and listen to his testimony. God is Glorified in Everything for certain.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

Much prayers to SCC, his family and also to your family Jim.

My 11-year old daughter just asked me when I will get tired of "stalking" SCC and his family. After 20+ years of speaking to my soul through music and actions, my answer to her is NEVER. I love you. You inspire me beyond words.

"Tackling each other with God's Love"

Wow, this is such a powerful interview! I thank SCC and his family for sharing their journey with all of us. God has, indeed, brought "beauty from the ashes" and I just feel privileged that the Chapmans allow us to share in that beauty! God Bless You!

What an inspiration! I told my husband that if people could pattern their lives after a family of faith it should be the Chapman family. I realize that they do not want any Glory and theirfore we give all the Glory for who they are to Jesus Christ. I am always so inspired and uplifted to hear the testimony that they give about God's love faithfulness and mercy. The Awesome thing about that is we ALL have the same Big God!
Blessings and Many Thanks~Misty Peterson

classic "Chapman".....that all the world may SEE!

Thought you might want to see how our Church youth group has used "God is God" in an outreach ministry: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lD6_NWqviOE. The Chapmans' journey over the past almost two years has made this song even more powerful - and we've been able to use the song in a very compelling way.

Hi Steven,

My husband and I know all too well the grief you and your family have gone through. On September 25, 2005 our Precious little Brandi went home to be with Jesus. She was 9.5 years old. She was a special little girl who was born with a syndrome called Trisomy 18. Brandi was not even suppose to be born much less live. She only had a one percent chance to make it to her 1st birthday. By God's grace, she lived to be nine. Brandi was the joy of our family's lives. We miss her so!
I generally watch Life Today each morning as I start my day, and on March 4th you were on. I have to tell you that God does not make mistakes!! One of the things that has bothered me since the loss of my precious little girl, Is that when I imagine going to heaven, the only one I can even imagine seeing is my little Brandi. I use to pray, Oh God please help me. I know I should want to see you first, but who I really want to see is my sweet little girl. When you shared your song, I felt God had answered my grief stricken heart. Oh and by the way, March 4th, the day the show aired, it was Brandi's Birthday. She would have been 14 years old. Even though it's been almost 5 years since she's been gone, God still finds ways to answer all our hurts and comfort our grieving hearts. Thankyou, for the beautiful song that has ministered to my heart more than you will ever know. Love to you and your family, Brenda Cowart

this message is to Brenda Cowart. So very sorry to hear of your loss. I too had a daughter that had trisomy 18. She was born @ 23 weeks & didnt survive. So glad you got to spend the few precious years you had with your baby girl. I have another daughter Heaven that was born with Q13 deletion or trisomy 13. Her name is Heaven & she is almost 5 now. I thank God for her every day though I do struggle.
I wasnt able to watch the episode as I couldnt find it in their archives. Oh well.
