The fabulous Mary Beth Chapman celebrates her hhmmmdfrrnmgmgm th (that's me covering my mouth) birthday today. To celebrate she's kicking of the ShowHOPE fellowship weekend with cake and ice cream and a private screening of the new film BLINDSIDE with some of the people she loves the most, people who care about orphans passionately.
Head over to her blog and wish her a happy birthday won't ya? :-)
Hello,
My name is Patsy and I would like to share an experience that I had in October of 2008. In 2007, the Lord took a young girl who was a part of our church home to be with him. Her name was Moriah.
December of 2008 would be one year since the day of her passing.
While at home one night, I felt impressed of the Lord to write a song for Moriah's mom. The Lord told me to write this song as if Moriah was speaking to her mom, reminding her that she was okay and to let her know that one day she would see her again. I believe that this is a song that can help to heal the heart of a parent who has lost a child. Reminding them that the child is with God and that truly His word says that we'll meet again.
I would like to share this song with the Chapman family but I am not sure how to accomplish this. If you would offer some direction with this I would greatly appreciate it. My intent is nothing more than to bless others with what I believe God has given me. Thank you for your help!!!

Hi Jim:
Appreciate this opportunity to chat with you, Jim
What an amazing week for Stephen as he launched "Beauty for Ashes" and live video chat was great being able to hear Stephen's heart on some of the songs he played. So glad to know that like "David" Stephen has had a deeper intimate experience with the Lord, due to his season of grief!
Jim, you might want to look at another live internet chat provider in the future...as there were many gaps in the recorded presentation (even watching it twice, the internet link stopped and started again missing what Stephen was saying) this was very annoying. When individuals were typing on the opposite screen, the gaps between were even worse...I thought that as a media friend that you should here this from me.
So glad to hear that the Chapman family are on the mend and I did send my greetings to Mary Beth for her upcoming birthday.
I can't believe in less than six months, I'm turning 50...26/04/10 however inside this somewhat "older body" is a thriving CCM musician and media consultant...soon to be author. Hope that I can hook up with you and Stephen again sometime during the new tour.
God Bless you as you continually aim to be a servant to all of the Chapman's.

Happy Birthday to Mary Beth--Oh how those birthdays keep sneaking up!
How was the movie? I watched the trailers and am looking forward to seeing it soon.
Take care all.

Well, if you didn't want us to know her age, then why did you write the year in the post entry? Silly! =)
