From David Trask, this picture from this afternoon in Paducah, KY. It's grandson Steven Curtis Chapman and son Herb Chapman visiting and singing for Grandmom Chapman.
Later tonight, in a slightly larger venue... Steven takes the stage in the town he grew up in with Michael W Smith for a sold out show and the final night of The United Tour.
That is so sweet. She is blessed.

This is one of the sweetest things I have seen in a long, long time from SCC's world. Getting back to his roots like in The Walk. That's when I love him the most. Would pay good money to get to see him perform with his dad and his brother. That's my dream SCC experience. Still holding out hope that it will happen someday.

Great Kodak moment there, for sure!
My Dad's in a nursing home & they LOVE it when they see a guitar come in with a person attached to it!!
Steven & Dad went to be a blessing, but I'll bet they are the ones who came away with melted hearts. Tonight's concert will be no greater than this moment.
Grandma Chapman, you're a lovely woman.

What a wonderful concert for "Granny". I replied on Mary Beth's blog but I'm guessing this is the granny that Steven wrote about in "What Would I Say?" What a great legacy she has given her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

I usually sign Anne from Penn (guess there is two now) but that was not a post from me @ 3:29 today...
I do have a question is that SCC's Father... playing with him? So GREAT they could spend time with his Grandmother!

You know what? This picture is the reason that Caleb took his Mama out for a date the week of his wedding. This family just gets it right. A fantastic example.
