AWESOME! Again, putting others and their need before their own. What an amazing family.

Jim, you are amazing as well. The Chapman's have great people surrounding them.

I know last night was hard but the courage and strength is another testiment to the awesome power of our loving GOD!

Donna

Jim, as always, there are not enough words to thank you for keeping us all in the loop, so we may know how to pray accordingly. I hope everyone gets some well-deserved rest.

Praise The Lord! It was so amazing to here Larry King say in his "about last night" segment that He wished he had that faith. God is moving. It was an amazing interview. God is good...all the time. Still praying in California.

I was moved to tears by what Larry King said "About Last Night." And of course I was in tears watching the interview w/the Chapmans last night. I have cried many tears for this precious family in the last 2 1/2 months. I believe they showed incredible strength last night and on GMA. I know that God has sustained them. I appreciate their honesty. I want to write them a letter, but I don't know if it would be read...

So proud of Caleb for sharing his heart with one of the biggest names in news! We too are praying for Larry King and trusting that lives will be changed! How awesome would it be to get to Heaven someday and see those suspenders?!?

It's so great to know that others were praying for Mr. King as well as the Chapmans! God is so real. Still praying...

Isabelle

Jim, I just saw Larry's comments about the night. AMAZING!!! I believe God is knocking at the heart of this "icon". I am still in awe over this entire week. WOW!!! Thanks for the information, as usual you are top notch my friend!

i saw the "about last nite" clip and felt this bubbling of excitement. i think LK may have "bumped into" that Truth he's been searching for. Amazing God.
i am nearly speechless after that interview. i know it was the prayers of so many that got them all thru that interview. i just wanted to hear the family talk; i almost dreaded the questions, but they were incredible with their answers. so real and so matter-of-fact...i LOVED it!!
i love the chapman family so much, as if they were part of my family.
many people completely fall apart and go into hiding after something like this. i am just in awe of the strength they have. i know it is God and watching them just continues to confirm so strongly and absolutely what we have because of Jesus.
i could go on and on, so: i love this family. God is so good! continued prayer and so much love for them, and all of you.

God really used the Chapmans last night to speak to so many people. I have very young children and prayed that they would grow up to be young adults like Caleb, Will, and Emily. Only God can bring a tragedy like this and turn it into an opportunity to show millions of people His strength and power in our lives as His Childgren. If you are saved by His grace then you know we are only just passing through. May God continue the Chapman's pilgrimage and I will rejoice in the day when they too sit at the feet of Jesus along with Maria.

YEAH!!!!!!!! Those are just wonderful comments. What a pleasure to know that Caleb had the maturity and the guts to do that. I love Steven's comments. :-) Thank you for sharing!

Kate

Great interview last night, I so enjoyed seeing and hearing from the Chapmans. Can you get some picts of their tattoos??? I'd love to see them upclose!

Melissa

Praise the Lord!!
Chapman family, you are making a difference, and the Lord is using your family.
I agree with the previous comments. To hear Larry King speak about last night, you can tell that the family really touched him and that God is speaking to him. May God continue to prick his heart. May it be so.

As I sat glued to the TV last night, I was praying so much for this family. I pray they know the witness they are for Christ as they walk this path they never would've chosen. Caleb shared that the family prayed for that as they said goodbye to Maria...and God has honored that prayer already.

Can you imagine, if Larry King is saved...how much of an impact he can have?! As my husband & I discussed last night, if this tragedy had happened in our family, we'd never be on the LK show & share our faith, but God has given Steven this platform & he is faithfully sharing even in the midst of great heartbreak. God is taking the broken pieces and putting them together to make a beautiful mosaic. Not what the family expected and not what they would've pictured...but I know it will be stunning.

You know what? No matter what the outcome of the show, God has been glorified through the actions of this family. They strive to serve Him, depend on Him, and live for him.

Well done good and faithful servants!

Praying for physical, spiritual, and emotional rest today for the entire family as well as for you, Jim.

Take a break... and just "be" Chapman family.

The Gang's All Here!

Larry King's comments after the show are stunning. May Caleb's words come to pass, and quickly now Lord Jesus!

The show was amazing, but I agree that the need for being concise was frustrating. However, remember that His Word will not go out void, and there was NOTHING said by that precious family that was NOT in His Word. It was amazing.

Finally, I belong to a well-known adoption forum and the boards have been lit up for days with glowing, positive comments about this family's example, their grace, their faith and their hope. It's not a Christian site and there's a good mix of belief systems, so I was thrilled to see the positive reports. It sure has made an impact in the adoption community!

Blessings to you all!

Terry

I watched the show this morning on You Tube--what this family did is going to bring glory to God for a long time to come. What a legacy to Maria they are building with their willingness to speak about their faith even through such deep grief. I will keep praying that the seed sown in many hearts, including Larry King will continue to be watered and produce a powerful harvest for the kingdom.

I'M PROUD!

larry king, nearly "speechless" about the foundation of faith that the chapmans have lived. that might be one for the books. i heard the "wow" you spoke of, jim. i thought, he is truly struck by this family. but, it's their candor, and raw, honest faith that makes the message of hope and salvation so accessible. and maybe that's what lk needed to see - that the God we love is accessible. thank you to everyone for letting us in on these days...

Dear. Mr. Jim,

Another "...for such a time as this..." experience. Last night is a memorial in the life of Larry King and countless others.

This is why you sing, Steven.
This is why we pray.
And this is why you, Jim, are in the position you are in.

Be glorified, Lord Jesus.

Love from NC.

Rita

So many times I have seen people who claim to believe what I believe on television. I usually walk away feeling like my beliefs were not portrayed correctly and the Christians were made to look foolish. Well, the Chapmans have stood strong and spoken the truth and it was conveyed and I felt so proud to be on the same team as they are! They managed to make everyone listening want to know the God they know and be able to call Him, Father. Continuing to pray....

Angela

I remember seeing Larry King mouth the word "Wow" at one commercial break, and I actually rewound it to show my husband. I knew that he is not a believer, and I also knew that if anyone can help change his heart, it will be the Chapman family.

I have been absolutely blown away by this family's incredible strength, courage, honesty, and.....their faith. I wrote a blog about them the day of Maria's memorial service, which changed my life just by being there.

To see them now on this journey, having not lost that faith that they had so close to this horrendous accident, but only growing closer as a family and to God....it makes me LONG to be like them...to have the amount of faith that they do....and for others to see that strength and faith in ME...

We're continuing to pray, Chapman family....though you don't know us, we LOVE you as our own, and are walking this journey with you, and trying to hold you up as you move through the hills and valleys of this time.

Thank you, Jim! I was able to hear the interview last night when it reaired, but now I can watch it too :) Thanks for being there for the Chapmans and for us. You're the best! God bless you and your family.
We love all of you and continue to pray specifically for each of you.

Dear God, please give them the strength and comfort that each one needs to get thru the day. Please protect Will's heart from the enemy and comfort him when it's just to much for him to bear. We love you Will! Jesus loves you so much.

Love you all. Praying all the time...

Prayed last night for Larry too as the interview went on, and will continue to because I know he doesn't truly understand. If he knew Jesus, he would :)
