Have you heard of a "towel cake"?? Well, we've the last couple of months have been full speed ahead in prep for Caleb and Julia's wedding!!! A couple of weeks ago we had a shower for Julia and I made her a towel cake. Although it wasn't the kind she could eat...she still liked it ;)
This is gonna be some wedding!! I'm getting excited...
...please pray for sunshine!
Hi Grace!
You are a woman with many talents! That cake is unique; I've never seen one like it before. It's a great idea, and the towels always come in handy. I'm sure Julia loved it!

Grace -
Where have you been, I've missed you blogging telling us all the family secrets! :) Seriously all of us in blog land have missed you and glad your back with us.
That is the coolest thing I've ever seen. When we had our last child someone made me a diaper cake which was absolutely awesome but I've never seen a towel cake. That's great. You did a fantastic job on that.
Happy Mother's Day a few days early!!!!!

The towel cake is just beautiful.
I don't think anyone can have enough towels
in their home:)
What a great idea.

That is very cool, and, I'm sure Julia loved it:-) Thank you so much for sharing with us, you've been missed, and, yet it looks like very busy. I have trouble enough just getting cupcakes out of the pan....let alone a towel cake(WINK)!! So, happy to read your post...and, yes....let the sunshine...let the sunshine in~~~

Gorgeous and clever!!! I've seen a diaper cake but your towel cake is even better! The only problem is I wouldn't want to take it apart to use the towels! It's a beautiful piece of art! Lifting you all in prayer!

That is really cute & creative. I had seen a diaper cake before ( for my cousin's baby shower ) but never a towel one. Very clever. Hope they have a great day, though I am sure they will despite weather or anything else. How can they not, when they have the best family & friends around ?

Perfect Grace! Glad to have you back blogging! It will be one wonderful day, and a roller coaster week for the Chapman house. A loss of a daughter and two weddings in one year, that is more than enough for any family! Joys and sorrows! How did you do that cake! JUST PERFECT!
