Hah! You never know who you may find...say over your LEFT SHOULDER at the 2009 Grammys! In this interview with Jason Mraz (2009 Grammy Award Winner) there seems to be one Will Franklin Chapman (check out segment :15-:19, :24-:35, 1:03, 1:14, 1:55) all clean cut and ever so nonchalantly swaying to and fro in the background. A coincidence you say?? ...I think not. This isn't this boys' first parade, ya know... More like careful and clever planning on Will's part. I'd say a pretty creative birthday appearance for an 18 year old...
Steven revealed to me this morning that he and Will had amazing seats...right behind the Jonus Brothers and Jennifer Hudson. Here's a pre-Grammy interview with Steven & Will (thanks Linda! ;). Gotta love that! Check out this clip. And, even though Steven didn't win a Grammy this year I'm sure you'll agree with me that he should have :)

hehe - Willy Frank shows how to get it done. My family says I always do that. I don't mean to...every time...cameras just seem to catch me a lot. ;)
Anyway, I hope WF had a fantastic birthday and YES...Steven should have won. But of course, we love him anyway. :)

wasnt able to see the Jennifer Hudson video clip as it was removed from Youtube when I clicked on the link. Anyway glad the guys had a great time. I agree that the awards will turn to rust but his music will live in our hearts forever. I know that his fans listening and his family's support mean more to Steven than any award that can be given . Except maybe father of the year from his kids or husband of the year from Mary Beth lol. Keep up the amazing work Steven & love every moment you have with that special family of yours.

That Grammy, like all material things, will just one day turn to rust. His music means so much to so many people, who needs a Grammy! ;) That looks like such an exciting time for the two of them. I'm sure Will Franklin was in awe of some of the hoopla, but I can bet you that Steven was just so happy to spend that time with his boy. :)

That is sooo funny!!! Reminds me of a friend of mine who is always getting his picture taken with celebrities (one of which has been SCC). I love it! Sounds like he had a great birthday that he will remember for a long time. And yes, SCC SHOULD have won, but he's already #1 in my book. Thanks, Grace, for sharing.
