Run, Run, Run...
Heard of Nashville's CMM...Country Music Marathon in Nashville, TN? Well, a couple of my friends and I are attempting the HALF!! ...we did an 11-mile run yesterday and I just wanted to include you all! Here is a picture of all of our FEET...cuz' you really don't wanna see us after running THAT far...hah! (I'm the one with the bandaged right foot--a slight setback a few weeks ago that I'm determined to run through!) Our friends Tony Amburgy and Tim Borland and others will be running the whole marathon (26 miles). If you'd like to participate...or, get more information on the awesome people who have started this amazing website about RUNNING for ORPHANS...check out www.RunningHope.org Tony Amburgy (a faithful supporter of Shaohannah's Hope www.ShaohannahsHope.org) has started running marathons for orphans! All of the proceeds are going to change the life of an orphan. Also, check out his team and Tim Borland--a legend...known for doing 63 marathons in 63 days!!...insanity is what I call it :) We'd love to have you support us either in person or online by making a donation. After all, it's for the fatherless. Thanks for considering...

Have fun! I just ran my first half marathon a week and a half ago.

I never have and never plan to run a marathon...even a half! Athleticism is NOT a trait that is particularly strong in my family. I admire you, seriously! I can barely make it a half-mile without keeling over from exhaustion!

I thought this dear mom, who experienced the same tragedy last year, could be of some help to the Chapmans and their son during this sad time. If you have a chance, also check out her book, Angel in the Waters. http://joshua-michael.org/
