This is the absolute BEST PART of my job! I just had to share this photo with you! I am headed to China on the 28th of June and can't wait to be there. We have been receiving so many donations to take with us on our trip. Just last week my husband's Aunt stopped by with 30 hand crocheted and knitted blankets for the babies at Maria's Big House of Hope! They named their project "Sew Hope" and pray over each blanket as they make them! How cool is that!! Ask anyone who works in the office with me and they will tell you I'm just LOVING these blankets. I feel so honored to be one of the people who will be passing them out at Maria's Big House! God is so good and I am just really thankful today that I know Him and that I have the opportunity to work at such an amazing place! WWW.SHOWHOPE.ORG
You do have the best job :)

Is there an address where we can send donations such as that? I certainly can't sew like that but I know a ministry at our church that would love to get involved! I live about an hour from Nashville so they could be delivered if they can't be mailed. We have a project coming up that we'd like to include you on. Let me know. We're friends on FB so you can just message me an address! Thanks for your hard work!

That's awesome, Emily. Praying for your family as they set off on this journey. So wonderful to see the ways people are reaching out to make Maria's Big House of Hope such a special place.
I love the name of the project - Sew Hope, but also sow hope, too, in the children who's lives will be touched by MBHH and the women who made those blankets.
Have an awesome trip!

Oh how I would love a job like yours!! It is my hearts desire to someday work in the adoption field. It has so blessed my own life and since I will be making a career change at the end of the year, it is my prayer that the doors will open.
Thanks so much for all you do for the orphans of the world. Many prayers will be with you and your family as you travel!

Thank you so much for sharing with us. May God go before you and have already matched up each precious one with the blanket that will comfort and warm him or her. Prayers for your travel and time in China.

Praying the strong arms of our tender Saviour wrap love & mercy around all of you as you head to China. May you, in turn, wrap His love & mercy around all you come in contact with. Praying for all of you still. ((2 Cor 1:2-7))
