Where is the candid camera...seriously!
Ok...so I just got out of class here in the fine city of Waco, Texas! But when I got back to my bike to ride home to my off-campus apartment, I realized I had a pink note on my bike. I thought a friend had written me a sweet note to say hello. Much to my despair, I opened up the pink slip of paper and it was a PARKING TICKET for parking my bike near the sidewalk and not at the bike racks! I didn't even know you could get tickets for your bike. At the bottom of the ticket the policeman wrote, "This is a warning, next time your bike will be cut!" What does that even mean? I am sad I violated the sidewalk parking rules, although I did not know they existed, and will be ever so careful as to where I place my bike in the future so as to avoid my bike being cut :(
