This morning I woke up expecting a nice slow thirty minute run. This nice run slowly transformed into a seventy minute fast pace up hill adventure with nick who works for shaohannahs hope. We made our way up a near by mountian and posed for a couple picks. Other than the sick feeling in my stomach and sharp pains in my legs it wasn't that bad of a run.

Gorgeous view! Looks like it was worth the work... :)

I probably wouldn't have made it! I have absolutely no athletic talent whatsoever. That view is really pretty though.

Surprise!!!!!!! A mountain run huh.I am glad you are ok.Oh,how nice it is to be so young and flexible.Glad you had a good time and wow,what a beautiful view.Take care Caleb.I can't imagine running.I walk 4 hours a week and work out at Curves 2 hours a week.I am 37.I also have had 10 years of dance.But I am proud of you running.
Keep up the good work.I couldn't run a tenth of a mile.

man I love running! I don't think that's ever happened to me before, sprinting for like 20 minutes, yes, but I'm more of a sprint person rather than a long distance person. good job in Lowell MA, I got a picture with you brother and a stage hand gave me your dads pick, good times:)
